Any items returned for RMA must
be returned within the first 30 days from date of purchase not 8
or 9 months later as some customers have tried to do.
The item must be
defective and not returned because you decided not to use it.
We do not issue refunds. We will
do our best to try to replace any defective item. If that is not
possible a store credit will be issued for the original amount
of purchase. Store credits do not expire and are transferable to
others.
