We do not match other company prices. Our parts are in such high demand that we do not have to sacrifice availability for profitability. If you are not satisfied with this policy you have the right to shop somewhere else. If this policy doesn't bother you than we will do our best to help you find what you need. All items come with a 30 day warranty. This warranty is transferable to others. Any items returned for RMA must be returned within the first 30 days from date of purchase not 8 or 9 months later as some customers have tried to do. The items must be defective and not returned because you decided not to use it. If you purchase the wrong part we will do our best to get you the right one. If we cannot find the right part we will issue a store credit. Refunds will not be issued unless otherwise agreed to before purchase. We will do our best to try to replace any defective item. If that is not possible a store credit will be issued for the original amount of purchase. Store credits do not expire and are transferable to others. Have a nice day. William D.
