Some people might think what a strange name for a website. Actually the Wind Clan is one of the family clans of the Muskogee Creek Indians. The Muskogee Indians were some of the original inhabitants of present day Georgia, Alabama and Florida. Linguistically the Choctaw, Chickasaw, Seminole and Muskogee Creeks are all from the same language.

Who is William D. Weatherford (RedEagle)? (Hadjo Lamochatee)

I am the 3rd Great Grandson of Chief RedEagle of the Creek Indians. You will find out more about him as you read through my website. I am Cherokee/Muskogee heritage I was raised Muskogee so I consider myself a Muskogee Indian. I am the owner of a laptop parts company called Weatherford Enterprises. I have 3 children and have a beautiful wife of whom I have been married to for over 20 years. I love to study History, Anthropology, Archeology. I studied at Kennesaw State University for 5 years and at the University of Bonita Warez in Oaxaca Mexico for 3 summers in a row. I have also studied at the University of Anthropology in the Yucatan in Meride Mexico. I specialize in American Indian studies with an emphasis on Southeastern American Indians.

I want to thank all of those who have served or are now serving in our armed forces. The price of Freedom is not free it is very expensive. I served two tours in the Military police corps. My last tour was in Heidelberg Germany with the 529th Military Police Honor Guard. My son is now serving in the 82nd Airborne division as a Paratrooper. I personally believe that all males 18 years or older should have to serve at least two years in the military service of this country.

I hope you enjoy my site. If you have any questions concerning my site or anything pertaining to American Indians feel free to contact me at the email provided on this page.
